I got the Justin Case to transport my excess video production gear. Overall its a good phone with a nice display. The sound quality is crap unless you get the right seal inside of you ear. If your finger is slightly angled to the right or left of the wheel it wont press. If you press too hard (which happened to me), the button will get stuck inside the surge and you wont be able to use it anymore (wont pop out again). Looks great, easy to assemble, easily fit 12 pair of shoes. I used a towel on each side of the roof, but the job could be done without them if someone else is carefully holding/fixing the bar at the other end. As far as sizing, yes you should go up about a half size. They came fully charged which was a reflection of their customer service. No problem here.
