Because they werent secured or padded, the throttle was broken. I bought the white (which are a true white) and call these slippers my polar bears :) I wear a size 7 in most shoes (flats, heels, athletic shoes - sometimes but rarely a 6. Patience is needed when installing the bottom protector, but after a few attempts I was able to get it aligned perfectly. The design of all of the pieces fit with a contemporary bathroom in that they are simple. It would not have been hard to include that info on the size description, thus causing less frustration for parents like me. It was extremely tiny like it?s for a 2 months old baby. I fit five pairs of heels per row. All the rest have held up to extreme use too, even the casual/dress shoes. The key difference between Apple and not is the list of features that the adapter supports. The style is exactly what I want.
