I am a size 7 regular width and these sandals (I got the black ones) fit perfect from toe to heel. I was going to order an 8 since they werent offered in half sizes but a little message popped up suggesting I buy a 9. Only issues that I have are the bolts that secure it to the crossbars were a little bit too short for the OEM crossbar on my 04 Xterra so I had to use a C clamp to help get them on there. Size (head band) is slightly smaller than the wired Titanium which works for me as I find the AfterShock to fit a little sloppy. That helped. Overall I?d recommend this product. The mic isnt magic, you need to be able to configure any mic appropriately, but this one is nice and clear. Very comfortable and not heavy. Instructions were in Mandarin but the illustrations were pretty good.
