I thought it was because I needed to download a driver for the mouse but it still was an issue when I had Razer Synapse 3 and updated all of the drivers (I will also say that in order to update the dongle and the mouse you will need to have another mouse connected to click on things because the mouse just shuts off when you are updating and you cant click on anything).
