These are the absolute worst socks I have ever purchased. Quite disappointed The foam lining I am guessing is to be used inside the ear cups, but since they dont come with any instructions I couldnt figure out how to use them. I ordered these and another good brand name of sandals at the same time. Reviews helped to make the decision. They fit just like I wanted it too.
