Has two adjustable velcro straps, one over toes and one over ankle. However, the next day there were some rust spots on the frame bolts. We had to return them. As said this headset is pretty great. I really love the beads there way smaller than what I thought they were going to be which was the only down side but overall great for the money ! This will be a great stocking stuffer. Sadly the attachment doesnt fit in the case but I can cope with that. The mic is integrated into the control panel. However, with the lip, the size of the containers is very specific. I would not recommend buying this product unless they update the website to include the full dimensions of the sandal and/or provide some other side-by-side comparison to their prior products.
