Well when I turned it on for the first time I got the shock of my life. This also fits 1 1/4" square stock. I could leave my MX on for days and it will still work. I could do without the rainbow effect of the stripes, I saw a post that said they were black. Be sure to buy your own backings, as these obviously do not fit well. A replacement unit from a different seller performs in exactly the same way. I installed it in my Hackintosh and it was immediately recognized by Catalina. Shoe was extremely comfortable and got tons of compliment! Pads and screens attached on sticky tape. My real horror came when I went to tighten the first strap connecting the roof bag to my factory installed roof bars.
