I can do some walking with them outside with the nice soles, but I keep them inside mostly. Cheap fabric, instructions all in Chinese. I wasnt sure how to pop the old ones off but a quick video search and I saw how easy it is. No sub bass but still accurate & non exaggerated lows. Of note - I think the M sizes are probably best for narrower feet. I don?t usually do reviews but I had nothing but good experiences with this. The Nike flap on top of the foot is so tight and it?s even thin and small. Tips and Observations -There seems to be a lot of confusion with some of the negative reviews concerning waist training, fit and durability. Bought another. Rather, when the LED went out to signify shutdown, it came back on a second or two later.
