I dont use the toggle caps but I can see where some people would like those. No tools required. I have them on the smallest ones. I didnt bother with the ruler. They are fine now I take my shoes off when I come in the house. If you use the tubes in the length provided then you are fine, but if you need to cut them down to shorter length then you will end up with lots of tiny bits that you might as well throw away. I love these burner covers as they are inexpensive and a way to add a little color and fun to your stove . Bon produit mais peut-être un peu trop cher mais cest plus que du bonbon. for the rest it work good.
