I have 2 pairs of their Canvas Sandals which led me to buy the Canvas Slide. Power and volume is easy to reach with your right hand but the anc on/off is very difficult. ConsRobot voice issues with the mic at times so be careful how you position the mic when you lower it. I am so sad I am stuck with a useless pair of shoes without no way of getting my money back. Has great dramatic moments but doesnt take itself too seriously. The reason for four stars - these are kind of heavy duty for slippers, which may be good in a colder climate and is more of a personal preference. Definitely recommend if your looking for a loud, good quality, and affordable speaker. As such, I have removed my comments regarding a negative customer support experience and have have updated my review accordingly. Just a tip. It is extremely difficult to clean and when I washed it took a long time to dry.
