In my book they are a must have if you wear your Pros anywhere other than seating in airplane, train or bus. To be honest, they dont feel like an expensive pair of cans; but i dont care. In my experience both points of view are partly right. I absolutely love this airpods case! Yes I did follow the directions and made sure the buds was sucure on both upper and bottom case. The suede bottom is perfect for dancing on a hardwood floor (whereas a hard leather bottom for a traditional character shoe would be better for a marley floor). These protectors are working great to keep my car in good shape. I am also very impressed by the sound quality as well; accurate, full, clean and flat sound. Listen, I don?t normally give a 5 star review. As a workaround, I unscrewed the sides, replaced the broken plastic parts with wooden dowels (for rigidity) and then used electrical tape to secure the headphones in place.
