Update after a year: These shoes are greate. Love these shoe tho! I would wish that the sole held up longer on the outer heel edge, but I have never found one yet that does this. We try to place a dryer sheet in each shoe when storing them in her dance bag to mask the odor. I needed new headphones. It is also great if you live in an apartment and dont want to be the one who plays his music too loud or you want to not hear your neighbors. The pause/play and volume buttons on the headphones are really convenient and easy to use, but they do take maybe a day to get used to first. (I couldn?t find a well know name brand that offered them for my Palisade). I would recommend leaving the nuts somewhat loose on the bolts while assembling until ALL the bolts are through the holes (in case of the odd angled hole, like I had), then tightening it up last thing. The sound quality is simply amazing for a headset in this price range.
