Good quality and professionally boxed and presented. I took a hot shower and just had to go for it. I needed to store my scarves and pashminas and this served perfectly  I can charge it in my car. I was officially eager to get the Sennheiser HD 4. Contacted seller, and they said they could not help because it was over 30 days since purchased (even though it was the first time ever using it). Im disappointed, because I really liked them. I wore them tight 1 hour and loose the other. The second is that this model does change slightly over time. Although warm, and contoured for a good fit, these slippers are too short; so, are not true to size.
