The clicks all around feel good. I love that they are organic and am one who tries to buy all organic so this is very important to me. Bose products are generally of a good quality in respect of both sound and build quality and the SoundTrue headphones are no exception. Volume controls worked fine when tested out of the package, mute/pause also works.
