Initial impressions when I received the product that they were packaged very poorly in a plastic air tight bag inside a card sleeve. What is the warranty? Can I get a replacement for the mouse only? Buttery smooth! After purchasing, the product arrived VERY quickly, which I was happy with as always. the headset frequently turns into a semi-sleep mode to save battery. Why cant amazon put, at least quality shoes in good (box) packaging? Fortunately the shoes were not damaged and I love them! I am not a Hi-Fi expert, however I have been disappointed by in-ear buds before - not this time. My wife assures me the straps are leather, but the material looks manufactured. I only buy Clark?s shoes! Will see how they hold up otherwise.
