My sander is new and these pads do not stay on well at all. The battery seems to hold the charge for a long time, so far. But settled for what I could get. Elgato has stayed very discreet about the fact that their Stream Deck doesnt properly "wake up" (at the same time as your computer) if its connected through a USB hub.
