Daughter is an 11 ordered 11-12 and couldnt even snap to the first button. We stripped most of the heads of the screws trying to get the thing together. All in all this gets three stars only for appearance, it is not a practical case. My brother suggested the SteelSeries Arctis 7 which I bought from Amazon and tried it out for a few weeks. Id say the entire thing is as see-through as about three or four bridal veils layered together. My wife said she heard a little bit, but I turned the radio on slightly and turned the ac on low and that made more noise then the bars. At first was a little daunted that I had to drill holes, but it was pretty easy to assemble once I got the hang of it. They are really nice. Not happening. It is understandable but I recommend having someone do a grammar check and revise the manual, simply because it comes off as a cheap product when the language is unprofessionalOn to the good:1) no issues connecting2) the fit is good even while running3) very easy to use, you dont have to worry about turning these off to save battery4) love the magnetic charging case, and there are neat indicator lights which show the status of your charge, and will automatically turn off once the earbuds are fully
