I like using their pin because it tightens down the rack to the hitch and reduces any shaking. The bag looks good, has lots of space and was easy to install. Additionally, as many of you already know, bluetooth is built in, albiet unadvertised. Quick response and was extremely helpful. The 9" ones I used for vinegar, oil, non-stick spray cans etc in an under counter cupboard. It was a very mild 65 degrees out.
