Yes I swapped them, yes I soft-reset, yes I calibrated, yes I hard reset, yes I did all the stupid troubleshooting nonsense the support staff spew from their useless scripts. I should have gone straight to Vionic. Now I have tried different sandals and styles but every single time either the glue starts giving out within 6 months or the sizes and shape of each sandal is so different that its uncomfortable. The 10ft reaches across my bed so I can lay any way I want and still use my phone. I was asked to try these in exchange for a review. I recommend you not buy there overpriced garbage. I typically wear an 8W and the 8W in these shoes fit great. I just hate having wires on my headset because I do not use it often. I use this with my work laptop to (1) make and take calls from a softphone, (2) participate in video conferences, and (3) listen to sound files and videos. So far I have nothing negative to include with this review, but I will update both the good and bad as I use these buds.
