I work in a brewery as a machine operator. He usually wears size 6 I got him size 7 as he is soon going toOutgrow size 6 but the elastic seems to be helping :) I love tearing threw the woods at night with this set up looking to round something up, I already have 2 offroad lights on the bumper so the combo really lights up the night. They are sleek and wildly comfortable. They work fine for house slippers. The only problem I have with it is when you close the door fast it slams hard against the door. I purchased this product a little over a year ago, so I honestly dont remember if there were instructions or not, but I do remember spending no more than half an hour installing this on my own, with only a handful of tools.
