I wouldnt suggest this product to anyone looking for quality sound and noise cancellation. First, pay attention. These were a booger to pair. I didnt realize these run small. Also COVID could have slowed things down a bit as well. If after a few more days I have problems Ill update my review. they werent cold to the touch as gemstones and Crystals tend to be.
