Just a louder-than-normal soft ticking whenever it would read/write - which was quite often. Im going to try it. While I would prefer to be able to set the levels if I so choose, I also appreciate that Bose is making it all easy for me, so I can truly listen to my music on random and not have to fuss with levels. I purchased these headphones for gaming on the xbox/playstation consoles. Just locate stud at height you need and drill small holes to mount crank arm pedal. I requested a replacement and can hopefully update my review once Im able to use the shoe rack. I honestly have no complaints I am so glad I decided to buy this. They stand up to hours of puddle jumping, mud pie creating, and general kid craziness. The problem with them is not new, other customers expressed this already - right hinge getting loose. 5 wide so I got a 6 and it fits perfectly!
