Update: vendor contacted me and offered a completely satisfactory solution, so Im boosting my rating. this makes me believe the warranty is sketchy Amazon issued a refund to cover that cost- fine. I love the material on this case but the fit is not like a glove and the cuts are a tad off looks like it?s slanted and it would fall off if I would forget about them.
