As for fit, I usually wear an 8 - 8 1/2 running shoe, I wasnt sure which size to get but decided to go with the 7-8 and hope for the best, they are perfect, I can wear with or without socks no problem. Otherwise, they?ve exceeded my expectations. Don?t even fit waaaaay to small. You can see the difference in the photo - the original shorter, thinner cord on the left, the better replacement on the right. 5 to 2 size difference between number sizes in these shoes. Especially the lower range. This product is complete garbage. I bought a size smaller than my usual shoes size and they are still slightly large but fine. Very disappointed!
