The fit is a tiny bit big but after wearing for a while, its not noticable now. I tried every position possible to make it work. I wore them all night and danced all night and my feet were fine! My old one started to literally fall of my feet as I run these days a half marathon almost every single day (the stressful days are easier to bear with lots of running). The little bit of glue I applied between the sole and shoe globbed out in excess when I pressed to seal the layers. Or rip out the insole? I didnt try that. Comfortable to wear for long hours. Even my high tops were able to fit standing up! they were nearly the exact size of my foot which meant they were a little small . They are very light.
