I tried different sizes of the ear pieces, but still an issue. I have submitted a request to return these, with regret. It only took a few minutes to put up and it works perfectly! I will try to remember to update my review once I see a price listed. When I tried it, initially disappointed because the sound was intermittent joining TV to Soundbar. So I had enough and looked for another clothes rack and this one is better than the one he has. Total this up, the other competitive brand come out better deal. So annoying to come home and have all my shoes on the floor. These would be a very good choice for anyone who wants to listen to music, radio, audio books or whatever you have on your phone to play. There is definitely a manufacture fault with these, I tried asking for a replacement but customer service was a joke.
