Not a comfortable phone to hold or do anything. Wife is so pleased. Set up in the middle section and you can do leg lifts, knee raises and dips, and you can even do raised push-ups on the handles on the bottom. but when you head off to your safe space to get away trust me when I say you want to wrap yourself up in these ear cocoons. Bought several different styles besides this one and the others were fine. But this isnt worth the $35 bucks to send it back. PROS1. This is one of those things that you don?t realize you needed till you have it. If you have thin bath towels and leave them to warm about an hour before shower, this works OK. Not the "fashion" end stuff and have alot of respect for it all!
