Finally got a hold of an Amazon rep wgo found out the shipping was stuck and fixed it. Its a solid build as well, heavy and feels like it can take quite a beating. My sanita clogs were making the problem worse. I had a few empty knobs left that I used for other sewing items such as the measuring tapes. This mouse is large, but thats the reason I got it. I (size8)purchased these shoes with Amazon prime on Wednesday and the FedEx guy delivered them today(4/5/2019. I suggest you just go get a new one from Apple. I lost my powerbeats by Dre when they fell out of my pocket. Give it a few months and the price will most likely drop again. They are a nice primary shade of red.
