This is a great wine rack; it is attractive, it is sturdy, and it holds many bottles of wine. Her smaller hands MAY have allowed her to start those bolts more easily, but my guess is, because of the obvious editing of the video, she probably spent about as much time as I did trying to get those bolts in. I bought this product trusting in the brand and won?t purchase this brand again. These hooks were easy to install but I used shorter screws than the ones that were provided, which were apparently meant to mount these hooks on a wall and were so long that they would have gone all the way through our door.
