I like that the insole comes out so easily, which allows for easy transitions to real minimal running. The sound quality on music and my audiobooks is fantastic. Not a bad book but not great either. These earbuds are amazing and fit well in ears. After extended walking over rocky/uneven surfaces the rubber on the bottom of the shoe may start to peel off under the arch. and it cant be difficult putting the clamp down and actually locking this system Given that this one is significantly cheaper, its not really bad. If the device falls off the key chain, you are back to square one, looking for your keys. No built-in button or command to control sound remotely. Im satisfied with the purchase as I dont plan to use them often.
