The 800 lbs capacity is plenty for most people of all ages who want to do strength training. The finish on this game board was exceptional and could only have been improved had this been a elegant wood game board - which this item should not be! Runs small, but looks nice I like how if they slip out or get knocked out of my ear they stay on my neck and dont fall to the ground which makes them good for marine activities and riding off road vehicles and motorcycles and such and they fit in my ears with my full face helmet on. I ordered my normal size (10M) since most of the reviews said the shoe runs true to size. Pro:The sound is decent, a little more bass heavy than I was expecting based on the other reviews saying they are "flat", but overall pleasant.
