This product mentions that ALL mounting hardware are included. The only reason I took off one star is that the heel can sometimes "flip like a flip flop, but it wasnt all the time and didnt seem too bad. This product opened up the laundry room so much which is exactly what we wanted. It?s not super thick so I don?t have to worry about it taking up a bunch of space on my power strip. The headphones had a hard time maintaining a solid connection with the xbox after 2 weeks of use even with a fully charged battery. Probably the best closed back at this price in relation to the competition. Or maybe it was better to get a refund and wait and see if in fact it was resolved. Most eq apps are a bit disappointing and gimmicky, but the basic Sennheiser app grew on me. I would definitely recommend this product to you ladies out there! literally days.
