Too much padding around the ankleThe toe compartment is molded so it lifts up, and pushes the big toe up instead of it being flat, causing added pressure on the "ball of the big toe" and discomfort. The multi button is a bit hard to press but works OK. The helmet hooks are an added bonus. Just wonderful. Everything was put together well and the representative helping me was kind and had them sent very quickly. I ordered the same roof rack from TRIL GEAR for $8. Roll & direction lock feature works well and holds cabinet theyre mounted in place. I can easily put another load of clothing on the rack with no problem, it can withhold the weight.
