If you want this extremely comfortable shoe and dont have a high arch, Id still recommend it since you can just remove the sole, which is how I currently wear them and its very comfortable. I witch you these crossbars and they are a pretty good fit. This added a great look and vibe to my music room that even impressed my family. My only real complaint is the raised area under the toes hurts to walk on. You can adjust the height for 6 footers. But in my case, every shoe, other than sneakers and converse I usually wear, cause some blistering, so I am somewhat okay with the idea. ) and look much nicer than their price tag would suggest they should. I like that the loop where the keychain goes is thick so hopefully it won?t snap or break. The overall cut and shape of these slippers could be improved upon. it?s BMI, metabolic age, fat %, water %, muscle mass, and so many other things.
