I followed all instructions for resetting them, and nothing worked. I wish they had them in many other colors. The sole is flat and appear to be made of cheap vinyl (rather than the advertised leather) with no indication of footedness. These are more than perfect for all those things. My girls love these shoes. I looked at several Amazon reviews and YouTube videos, and every one of them recommended complex steps requiring a skill set to tear apart the headset and soldering the wires back together.
