After well over 8 years I was surprised to see my previous Rockport leather sandals had, finally, worn down & out! I should have known better but the price was ridiculously attractive, and I decided to give them a chance. The straps are slightly elastic, so the wedges are really easy to put on, but will also mold to your foot so that they do not fall off. This is more than enough for most trips.
