The major complaint I have is the voice-lady says "recharge headset" when the battery hits 20% (according to the on-screen display, nice feature). If I find any good or bad items to update I will do so later. He wore them to school and came home with a big blister on his toe, complaining that they pinched his feet and were uncomfortable. I have to admit I didnt hold out much hope when I took it out of the box. So i removes the insert and spot drilled it so the set screws landed into a pocket and i also put silicone adhesive on insert and before putting insert back in. For me the shipping was fast and my heart felt better doing this for him. Very happy with these. The headband is absolutely great no problem at all with it, but the closeness of the ear-cups to the headphone itself leaves very little room for your ears to breathe, they are not particularly uncomfortable but I do live in a tropical country and these get hot and sweaty after some use. Right off the bat, charging was easy to figure out. Still feel as good as day 1.
