Im usually in a size 8. They are adjustable to move up and down but the ear cups do not swivel which gives the headset some extra durability. M4 and M5 buttons on the side are also slightly smaller for less accidental presses. I have purchased every replacement tip that is available on Amazon even other foam tip that were hybrid and claimed to be the best of both worlds and they all were a miserable fail. These glasses are legit. I would not buy again. A couple extra screws, we think we assembled it correctly. Holds my heavier mountain bikes without issue. These shoes allow me to kick them off for periods of time, then easily slide into them again (shoe horns not needed, as with other shoes). I will likely re-order in a smaller size and try again.
