The arch support was way too high. Saved my headphones I usually connect my Onyx 4 and flip 4 together and can?t connect this . I often buy beads from Balabead and theyre wonderful, so Im not sure what happened to this pack. Hit HARD BINNthe dark or light. The find my earbuds feature works fine too, as it prompts the buds to play an audible cheerping sound if the buds are in bluetooth range. I?m so far delighted with them , also the seller sent a nice message to check there were no problems and to offer assistance if needed which was a nice personal touch.
