As long as you can position the mike and then leave it alone (dont adjust it while youre recording), youll be fine. I exchanged them for a half size bigger and they fit great. It gets a little bit of whip as you get heavier, but not a lot. Nice little charger stand with all the features you would need. I mean I actually have bass, which is unheard of at this price point. I am not one that usually spends this much on something, but got these for my husband because he really wanted them! and boy am I glad I believed all the hype, which, for all I know, could have been typed up by some interns in Reefs office. I havent tested its range, but Im guessing this is not a long range device. I got it to use indoors while we have so much snow on the ground outside. Comfort is not perfect but it isnt bad.
