I have it attached to my car keys and the key fob is unlikely to be fond of water exposure either. Its sturdy and well made. Once assembled, the station is solid as a rock. It does not have the apple logo around the silver ring. Now when I see other shoes I am still tempted to buy them, but I dont cause these shoes are superior to all others! I dont remember having a "break-in" period with these, which leads me to think that if there was one, it didnt last very long. I worked around this by placing a sticker on one side to designate "up" and I always make sure my cords are in the "bottom". The shipping is unbelievably SLOW! This product is built well, but is wobbly till the tension piece is placed against the ceiling. Much to my surprise, the AT85EP blew the AT95E away.
