I hook it to my cage and work my arms, upper body and legs. Extra effort is needed for turning the head (I feel my hate every time when turning my head), not to mention sudden fall off of the earpiece because of the pulling of the cable (in terms of weight and friction) even when the earpieces are supposedly holding the front and back of my ears securely, you see how serious the unpleasure is. If Amazon is going to market these things to the general public, it needs to make it easy for a reasonably handy person to install them. When you go to adjust the arms, you can easy rip/tear the rubber. It fits good. Just make sure you hear the "snaps" so you know that the new pieces are locked onto the headphones. In the meantime, I have several of these and recommend them to friends. He has used wired headphones, but he has to have his face 6 in. Love the colour and has a very secure fit on the bar. I used this cover for about two weeks and I had mixed feelings about it.
