Arrived with a crack. The unit appears to be well enough made for normal usage, and is nice looking. Only caution. But not to be worth as much as it is listed. this bad boy does not even get warm! I experienced no rubbing unlike other reviewers and have had happy tootsies since day one of wearing. Perhaps I was used to my husbands oversize Crocks Anyway. I should have ordered a 9. After failing additionai efforts, I finally realized i would never succeed when my hands were in the shower. They were not particularly warm, the weather is not that cold at the moment here in Spain so I didnt think they would be good enough for cold weather.
