Theyre extremely comfortable, easy to slip on to the AirPods themselves, highly recommend! Hes also part of the band called Press Play if Im not mistaken so hes definitely not new to making music. Your screw hole placement will be much different without the board to give rigidity. I have had this case for a while and would definitely recommend it. This is a soft case that does exactly that AND also looks very nice. Hopefully someone will find this review helpful. I went through two shields in about six months time. These are def a great option to buy over the Bose replacement ones and if they hold up Ill keep buying them. As for NZXTR I will say they freely supplied the hub so that was good on them.
