Though this product is reasonably sturdy and should provide some level or additional protection, it is DEFINITELY NOT worth £16. I didnt return them and order the cheaper ones since I needed them (color-wise) right away. We live in a small apartment and are limited on cabinet space so we bought this to store our wine glasses on. She walks through the neighborhood and dirt trails that surround our home in N. So I tried them at work for 2 days only to find they just would not do. There is a big quarter sized chip in one of the boards that they sent to me and the shoe rack is wobbly. These are VERY comfortable shoes. I was used to them in a matter of days. I do find that it is a little wobbly, even with everything tightened properly, but it isn?t so unstable that it is going to fall over. Other than that it works and functions like it should.
