Works well for adult-sized bikes. Comfort level is pretty good - let me wear them for a few hours. I wish they did make the top with some sort of clear silicone strips along the inside edge of the case so the top will stay on securely. They fit correctly and the kids wear them every day I own quite a few headphones and IEMs, so thats saying something. Plus, these earbuds have echo cancellation. I found it scraped uncomfortably across the forefoot/toes. Also, there is not enough adjustment of the front strap available; my feet are no deeper than average, but I couldnt adjust this strap so that it wasnt too tight - there was a piece of velcro that prevented this.
