Ive tried taking the case off. Took a min to sync up. And of course, Im just about a month past my return window, so unless Amazon or the manufacturer reaches out to me, Im gathering that Im out of luck on getting any recompense for this order. Most importantly after wearing 5 or 6 times the trim at the back of one slipper is separating from the fabric. That?s a good sign. I?m sure they?ll be awesome once broken in, but I hate having to break in new shoes. I cant stand that. Again, you do get used to them. I use it in our bathroom to hang Turkish towels and it looks very unique and elegant. Bought this for a shelf I made out of pallets and it?s perfect!
