After sseveral attempts of fixing this through upgrading Synapse (the driver sssoftwwware of Razer) and contacting support (running through their useless attempts to fix it), it continues to happen over and over again and causses major issues in competitive gaming (as well ass doing any sort of wrriting of code). The sunroof opens no problem. Doesnt even move, its locked in place as if its glued. Plenty of room for gels, gloves, etc. When put the right earbud in charging box, it showed 100% charging but didn?t get on. These ear buds fit in your ears & don?t come out even while working out! I absolutely love this costume . The seller does not give any warranty after a month, which is a shame. I bought these shoes b/c they were on sale and 90% cheaper than Dansko?s, which I have never owned b/c I?ve never found a pair that didn?t completely slide off my foot or didn?t feel like I was walking on stilts. In summary:+ very good headset for voice (phone conversations)+ light and easy to wear around the neck+ you dont look like a dork (it looks like the sports earbuds that lots of runners are wearing)+ magnetic earbuds - just separate them to take a call+ connects to up to 8 devices (2 at the same time)- sound is not that great for anything but voice- short battery life (a few hours of conversation)- dull design (black and grey)- bluetooth configuration not straightforward.
