When I told them about my problem, they wanted the standard "plug it into other computers", "clean it out", yadda, yadda, yadda. They were a little difficult to install because you had to involve lifting the bike to measure holes properly but once the bikes are hung they are in a great position and the hooks are sturdy. I like that it just has that soft hint of red going down the side. They?re super sturdy & will last for many years. ???? It does the trick and keeps her at bay and our shoes safe. My sister loved her case! ) These are a little bigger than the others I have ordered in Large, but I am happy about that. Hello . So Annoying!
