This product helped me no end. The plastic ribbon on top comes apart very easily. For the price these are excellent earbuds my only complaint is there a little difficult to take out of the charging Bank sometimes they dont exactly come out easily and tend to fall out of my hands as Im trying to get them out of the charging Bank other than that theyre excellent great sound quality well worth the money I havent hooked up the reverse wire yet, but I assume thats how you get those parking guide lines. Upgraded to the AT2020 and everything just came crystal clear. The Hi-Fi Stereo sound produced by these earbuds is Excellent and unmatched by anything else on the consumer market. They are still up and he LOVES them. First the sound and mic did not work well with my sons Xbox one at all. The product itself is exactly as described. I am going to return them.
