It was odd because I originally ordered the black/white speckled ones and the elastic looked like I had stretched it out just trying them on. Perfect size for my 9 yr old granddaughter. It usually last for about 4hrs then Ill pop that in to charge and grab the other one lol. Battery is required for noise cancelling feature, though. Logo is amiss on the strap. At first I hoped that my problem was just that I needed to get used to the rubbing (which pretty quickly went from "is that a blister?" to "its cut through a lot of layers of my skin") but it wasnt just the rubbing into my skin that was the issue - It actually felt like the muscles in my foot were bruised.
